STANDARD SHIPPING POLICY
Orders placed with Akoma will generally ship within 2 business day, if purchased before 12 PM EST. If for any reason your order is to be delayed or cancelled - due to stock, payment or otherwise - we will contact you via email. If you wish to cancel an order placed on our website, please email email@example.com as early as possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We currently accept orders to the following countries: Brazil, Canada, China/Hong Kong, Colombia, Denmark, France, Germany, Ghana, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Mexico, Netherlands, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.
Prices or shipping costs on akoma1260.com do not include taxes and duties. CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ALL DUTIES AND TAXES TO THE CARRIER UPON DELIVERY. For packages that are turned down at delivery, customer will be responsible for all duties, taxes and shipping costs to and from the United States. All International orders are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged. Akoma is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.

Akoma is passionate about ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item purchased on Akoma1260.com, you are entitled to an exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt on all full price orders.
The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund. It must meet the below requirements:
- Proof of purchase provided
- Tags attached
- Garment in original condition, including unworn and unwashed
Akoma does not accept responsibility of customer sent return or exchange packages; so it is advised that when shipping returns or exchanges that meet the above mentioned required criteria, customers should select a service that provides tracking.
Please Note: Duty, tax and/or shipping charges for returns/exchanges are not credited unless there is a defect in the merchandise.

Please include with your return a copy of your order including your contact information and indicate whether you prefer a return or exchange. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return or exchange is complete.

EXCHANGES OR REPLACEMENTS
Akoma offers exchanges and/or replacements that meet the required criteria for another size, color or item; subject to product availability.
These will be processed within 7 business days of receipt and notification of this transaction will be provided to the nominated email address. Akoma is happy to process a refund, should it meet the Returns Policy requirements.
Akoma reserves the right to reject the returns of goods, which are not returned in accordance with our Exchange & Returns Policy.
This policy is applicable only to online customers and does not extend to customers who have purchased from an Akoma Stockist. These customers are bound under that retailer's Returns and Exchanges Policy. Akoma cannot be held accountable, or provide refunds or exchanges, for purchases made outside of Akoma1260.com.
